  Welcome to the Village Probus Club of Harpenden!

We are a group of retired or semi-retired professional men who want to enjoy ourselves through a number of organised activities as well as 

regular meets for eating and socialising!

Once a month we get together for lunch with an

after-lunch speaker. Additionally, we also arrange many social activities such as theatre excursions and visiting places of interest; as well as organising monthly walks, golf events, discussion groups and an annual indoor bowls competition.

We have close links with the Harpenden Village Ladies Probus Club and invite their members, (who include our wives and partners), on many of our trips.

Each year we celebrate who we are with a special

Christmas Lunch and a Chairman's Dinner,

(again with our wives, partners, and friends).

 
However, importantly, through the friendships that we build, we also aim to look-out for each other and provide support when requested.
